QHHT or Regression?

A Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session includes all the elements of a Past Life Regression, but QHHT is designed for deeper, more extensive exploration.

Clients choose QHHT to better understand their life journey thus far, and to tap insights that shape a more fulfilling future. Your hypnotic journey will begin after an in-depth interview focused on your life story. During the session, clients frequently release past hurt, find new paths to heal relationships, and understand present and past life events from a broader perspective. QHHT also offers an opportunity to ask your multi-dimensional self the questions you most want answered in order to move forward in life.

A Past Life Regression session focuses squarely on a topic or specific area of your life that you are ready to explore in a focused and targeted way. Both the interview and regressive journey focus squarely on this topic, and the session is designed to take you to its direct root or origin, so you can heal through understanding.

Both session types are delivered as a single session, and both are designed to help you make a profound shift.

Metaphysical and spiritual contact may occur in either session type. Come with an open mind and heart.

What is regressive hypnosis?

Regressive hypnosis is a powerful tool for understanding how past experiences may be affecting your behavior or state of being.

During a session, I guide you into states of relaxation that enable your subconscious mind to become progressively more accessible. The subconscious may communicate through past-life fragments, symbols, metaphors, and may, at times, utilize all of your senses.

The intent is to deeply understand yourself and the events that have shaped how you navigate your world, so you can consciously step into your full potential and best life.

What is the cost and session length?

A QHHT session ranges between 4-6 hours and costs $555 USD. Additional hours are billed at $111 per hour. This service is only available in-studio.

A Past Life Regression lasts up to 3 hours and costs $333 USD. This service is available both online and in-studio.

Baltimore, Maryland | Butchers Hill neighborhood.

The Pure Metaphysics studio is easily accessible by car and has free, no-hassle street parking.

Baltimore is served by Lyft, Uber, and taxi, Lime (e-bikes and e-scooters), public transit, and other popular travel options.

The closest airport is BWI | Baltimore Washington International.

A high-speed Marc train runs from Union Station in Washington D.C. to Baltimore Penn Station. Travel time is less than one hour each way. Allow additional time to reach Butchers Hill.

I am level two certified in Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), professionally trained in Past Life Regression Therapy by Dr. Brian Weiss, and certified in Introspective Hypnosis.

What if I cannot enter the meditative or hypnotic state?

If you can fall asleep at night and wake up in the morning, you already know how to access Theta, and you're a pro. It's a matter of shifting brainwave frequencies, and that's something your body does naturally throughout the day, every day.
 
The vast majority of people gently enter a relaxed state of focused concentration immediately and with ease. A small percentage of us unintentionally disrupt the hypnotic process with long periods of silence for analysis. The more fluidly you speak about what you feel, see, or otherwise sense, the more the details fill in. This is the natural progression of a regressive journey.

You will dip deeper than your mind may understand at times, and your state will deepen the longer we work.

Self-regressions are available in the Pure Metaphysics Blog. A successful regression previous to our work is helpful but absolutely not necessary. It is valuable in that it strengthens your confidence in how your unique body experiences meditative states and your trust in how easy it is to receive information once there.

Trust in yourself and know that you have more power and more wisdom in you than you may have ever imagined.

It delves into spiritual and metaphysical concepts that you may not have yet explored -- concepts that may just barely lie within the scope of what you believe is possible until you've have your own direct experience.
